All Paint Soul products are crafted by the artisan especially for you and are mailed directly from Paint Soul’s offices in New York. Paint Soul will continue to make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible, however, please note that order processing time may increase as every item is handmade.

US Shipping

We ship via USPS to the continental US.

US shipping can take up to two weeks to arrive, with the average order arriving in 5 business days from shipment date. Please contact us at paintsouls@gmail.com should you require a faster shipping option (additional charges apply).

Lost / Damages

If your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you. Please contact us at paintsouls@gmail.com.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your item due to providing us with an incorrect address. If your order has already shipped and you contact us with an address change, you are responsible for the additional shipping charges. Abandoned and refused packages will not be refunded.
