Returns

Due to the nature of “Handcrafted / Customized “ design items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is materially flawed or defective on our end.

When placing customized orders, we urge that the spelling and details are correct and proofread before submitting the final order.

We cannot be responsible for the purchasing of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are customized.

Exchanges

Under special circumstances in which an exchange is granted, the item/items must be unworn and unlaundered.

Customers must ship the items up for exchange or return within one week from the day of return authorization.
